After a long day of swimming and exploring Turner Falls Park, thousands of visitors have enjoyed resting comfortably in one of our twelve (12) beautiful, cozy cabins. Our staff prides itself on maintaining a clean and safe environment for you and your family. We also provide 24-hour Police patrol in the area.
Turner Falls Park offers Cabins at $250.00*/Summer and $125.00*/Winter per night for 4 people maximum (This includes the park admission). Winter is October 1st–April 30th, Summer is May 1st–September 30th. Must be 18 or over to reserve. Cash is not accepted. Reservations must be made with a valid credit card. There is a two-night minimum on weekends in the Summer and during all holidays.

Please note - we furnish the linens for the beds only. You'll need to bring all kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Customers will be charged 100% of the fee at the time of reservation, whether in person or online. There are no deposits or partial payments. In order to secure a reservation, complete payment is required.
There is a two-night minimum on weekends in the Summer and during all holidays.
Smoking is not allowed inside any Turner Falls Park Cabins and pets are not allowed inside Turner Falls Park. These policies are subject to a $250.00 Environmental Cleanup Fee if broken. These are subject to the discretion of the park manager. Fees will be automatically charged to the card used at the time of booking.
Customers must provide proper photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Student ID) to validate their reservation. Customers without proper identification will not be allowed into the park or allowed to make a reservation!
Reserving a Cabin in advance does not guarantee faster entry into the park, it only guarantees entry into the park. We appreciate your patience!
Check-In / Check-Out
Guaranteed Cabin Check-In Time 4:00PM. Cabin Rental guests are free to arrive early on the day of their stay, park their car and use their tickets to play in the park - The room will be available no later than 4:00PM. Depending upon circumstances in the park, some cabins might be available earlier, but not guaranteed until 4:00PM. During the Winter season (September 30–April 30) the box office hours are from 7:00AM to 10:00PM daily. Arrivals after hours will not be available for check-in until the next day.
Cabin Check-Out Time 12:00PM. Cabin Rental guest’s tickets are good until 5:00pm. If the Cabin Rental guests choose to stay for the remainder of the day they will be required to purchase tickets (if available) for the day.
Over 31-Days Cancellation Notice - Full Refund minus a $20 booking fee per cabin, per night.
30-Days or less Cancellation Notice - Half Refund minus a $20 booking fee per cabin, per night.
10-Days or less Cancellation Notice - No Refunds
Cancellations can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The right to refund will be up to the discretion of the park manager and/or rental manager. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable thirty (30) days after the date of reservation. A $20 booking fee per cabin will always be charged in any cancellation, excluding the 10-Day cancellation in which there is no refund for any of the reservation. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Park management. Complaints, problems, or suggestions must be brought to the attention of the Park Manager to be eligible for any refund. After Check-In has occurred, refunds are subject to the discretion of the Park Manager.
